AI Video Production Agent

Hundreds of hours of raw footage in. A finished video course out.

It transcribes footage with Whisper, then reads the transcript through Claude in multiple passes - finding the strongest moments, using cheap vision only on the frames that matter, then confirming and refining timestamps. It stitches composite clips from across a recording into one cohesive lesson and outputs the ffmpeg cuts, subtitles and a review doc. From 100+ hours of live session footage it compiled an 11-module course.

Turns a trading platform into a self-documenting journal an AI can read.

A NinjaTrader 8 add-on runs an HTTP bridge that exposes market data, chart screenshots, programmatic chart drawing, price alerts and market-replay control. On top of it sits an automatic trade journal - every trade logged with R-multiple, P&L and entry/exit screenshots, one-click chart notes, HTML and CSV exports. An MCP server wraps the whole thing in ~40 tools so Claude can query and mark up the charts directly.
